These Terms of Use govern your use of workstay7.com (the “Site”), operated by Work Stay LLC (“WorkStay7,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site provides general information about our corporate housing and furnished midterm stay placement services and lets you submit a housing request. Submitting a request does not create a booking, lease, reservation, or any obligation for either party. Any housing arrangement is subject to a separate written agreement.

Information You Provide

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it, including on behalf of your company or the people you are requesting housing for. Our use of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading requests;
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; or
Use automated means to submit forms or collect content from the Site.

Content and Availability

Site content, including text, images, and the WorkStay7 name and logo, belongs to Work Stay LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Descriptions and photos are for general illustration; specific homes, availability, and terms vary. We may change or discontinue the Site at any time.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular housing will be available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Work Stay LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Work Stay LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
